Requirements for Return Requests

  • A complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the product condition.
  • Clear evidence of the issue being reported.

Return or refund requests submitted without the required shipping label photo and unboxing video may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Orders

Orders delivered under the "Allow to Open" service are not eligible for return or refund after acceptance by the customer.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification by our support team. A&S Com reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the evidence provided.
